New Mnemonics Award

Mnemonics Inc.,* Melbourne, Florida, is awarded a $13,397,500 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the production and delivery of a maximum of 600 Radio Frequency Blanking units (RFBU) for production and 100 RFBU for retrofitting existing RFBUs with new precision timing cards in support of the Growler capability modifications, and Block III upgrades for the EA-18G Growler and F/A-18E/F Super Hornet aircraft for the Navy. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida, and is expected to be completed in March 2030. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N0001923D0021).

Mnemonics Inc.,* Melbourne, Florida, was awarded a $48,954,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the production and delivery of the Receiver Radio Firing Device, Nonelectric Blasting Cap Actuating M17A1 and the Trainer, Receiver, Radio Firing Device, Nonexplosive M85A1. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 9, 2026. Mnemonics and Thruvision Jointly Complete First “Made in USA” Stand-Off People-Screening Products for US Customers

Mnemonics and Thruvision, jointly announced today that they have begun US manufacturing of the Thruvision TAC, in Melbourne, Florida. Thruvision’s TAC product is a compact, lightweight design that uses patented passive terahertz imaging technology to facilitate safe, fast and effective detection of concealed threats and contraband concealed on a person. Thruvision’s technology was recently deployed by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Authority, after being vetted and approved by the US Transportation Security Administration.
